Lobbyists are claiming that Belgium is the first country to implement “worker’s rights” for “sex workers”. A recent BBC report suggests that under a new law, they will be “entitled to official employment contracts, health insurance, pensions, maternity leave and sick days. Essentially, it [prostitution] will be treated like any other job.”
